Agility

McKinsey Enterprise Agility Assessment: This assessment will assess an organization's maturity in adopting agile methodology. Because of its wide scope (Strategy, Structure, People, Process, and Technology), it can be easily adapted to assess general agility. Process

Harvard Business Review: The Process Audit is an older piece of content but still fully relevant. Michal Hammer’s process audit is an easy-to-use maturity assessment of your organization's process. It evaluates process design, performance, ownership, infrastructure, and metrics. Because of the assessment’s design, it provides guidance for what it takes to become mature with the process.

Operations

The Anatomy of a World-Class Sales Operations Organization is an assessment by Sales Operations Excellence Center that rates 19 attributes of sales operations on impact and effectiveness.  The outcome is a plot of your organization highlighting areas for immediate attention.
